The staff was friendly and helpful. The interior and decor were well-designed. The personal email confirmation and welcome drink were nice touches. Our room had a balcony and the breakfast had a good variety. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff offers impeccable service, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Breakfast is delicious, and the hotel provides a personal touch with special requests and amenities like water, coffee, and tea. The hotel also offers a full concierge service, ensuring a memorable stay.
There is a bit too much plastic used in the hotel, which could be replaced with more environmentally friendly alternatives like paper or bamboo.
